The Agreement, which closely mirrors the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (which applies to Park Homes on fully residential sites), except for a 52-week holiday use clause, gives excellent security of tenure, and details rights and responsibilities clearly. Our Parks belong to the Industry’s main Trade Body – the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). This is an important indicator of a professional approach to Park Management. In addition, all Kerdene developments are registered under the Park Home Assist Platinum Seal Warranty Scheme (see below).

A ten year manufacturer’s structural insurance backed warranty is offered in conjunction with Tingdene Homes to give you added peace of mind. You also have the benefit of Tingdene Homes Customer Services for the first 12 months, during which time Tingdene Homes will take care of any problems that may occur, subject to terms and conditions.
