An annual ground rent is payable which is reviewed annually in line with RPI (Retail Price Index). In recognition of the value of the land on which your home stands an assignment fee is payable if, and only when, the Holiday Lodge is sold to a third party. There is no leasehold time restriction, as long as the home is kept in good condition and does not become a detriment to the Park.
